TTI / CCPI form strategic alliance which leads to preferred in-house AV provider status at both Louisville Convention Centers

At Temporary Technology, Inc. (TTI) we have provided short term computer and audio visual solutions to many different companies and organizations over the course of the last 20 years.  While some of these clients only needed our services for a specific one-time event, many others have become repeat clients that rent technology from us on a regular basis.  However, very few client relationships have lead to the formation of a critical alliance like the one that has developed over the last six years between Temporary Technology and Convention Communication Provisioners, Inc. (CCPI).

CCPI provides telecommunication, Internet and data services to the hospitality industry. Their primary clients are convention centers, exposition centers, conference centers and hotels in North America.  CCPI currently holds in-house technical services contracts at nine different convention centers around the country, and is aggressively in pursuit of many more.  Since securing its first Midwest contract over six years ago, CCPI has been renting technology equipment for its end-user clients from our company (TTI).

In February 2007 we formed a strategic alliance with CCPI and became their exclusive provider of audio visual equipment and services at both of their properties in Louisville, Kentucky.  Once our alliance was formed, we began to target new business contracts which we knew would benefit from our unique combination of IT and AV expertise.  Our concept was to offer a “one stop shop” type of technology solution for the meeting & event industry.

The strategic alliance between our two companies enables us to offer very unique benefits to the hospitality industry.  We are able to integrate the technical, sales, marketing and customer service aspects of convention technology and audio visual services into one contract.  This enables us to provide the best combination of technical products and services, all which are in high demand, and deliver them directly to event professionals and exhibitors.

TTI and CCPI also share many of the same business philosophies.  We both understand that satisfied clients are the ultimate goal of every meeting & event planner. Our site management, marketing and event coordinating teams work with event planners and exhibitors well before the start of an event to make sure the products ordered meet the group's technology needs. Our goal is to eliminate any questions or situations well before the customer arrives on site. 

We are very proud to announce that in September of 2007 CCPI’s IT services contract with the Kentucky State Fair Board was amended to include AV services at both of their properties in Louisville.  So as a result of our partnership with CCPI, Temporary Technology is now the official preferred in-house supplier of audio visual equipment and services at the Kentucky International Convention Center and the Kentucky Exposition Center.
